The Undergraduate Intern of Brand Strategy Marketing will serve as a primary point of contact for their assigned project and mobilize a cross-divisional team of marketers to expand and ensure success for that project. We need excellent communicators who have experience working across departments and teams to help achieve team and company goals. This role will act as an internal agency support function to our business leaders and other colleagues.
It will be mainly analytical in nature for social media metrics and/or support Marketo/Salesforce to support our sales departments and employer brand strategies. Specifically looking to create business unit social benchmarks for content marketing to identify recommendations for future content development.
Sitting at the intersection of multiple departments, this role is critical to effectively planning, communicating, and executing on a ~12-week project. It requires creativity, tenacity, and energy. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and is passionate about improving healthcare and supporting employer brand marketing.

Makes smart use of marketing resources, tech stack and shared services to initiate marketing activity quickly, test, learn, and iterate.
