About our team: The Williams Sonoma, Inc. Business to Business team is responsible for delivering significant sales growth in the B2B channel. Our team works to identify and prospect daily, bringing new clients to WSI and being Brand Ambassadors across all nine of the WSI brands: Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, West Elm, Mark & Graham, Rejuvenation, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Teen, Pottery Barn Kids, & Green Row.
About the role: As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving meaningful overall B2B sales growth across all market segments including hospitality, residential, and the commercial office segment - focusing specifically on office furniture dealers and their in-house dealer design teams to sell our complete WSI solutions. Reporting to the VP of the West Elm Work business, you will leverage your professional contacts in the key market segments, focusing on building strong relationships with office furniture dealer designers, and dealer & Steelcase sales teams while selling the full capabilities of our WSI family of brands. Additionally, you may partner with the existing B2B territory sales teams to unlock additional business in our key market segments.
This role will cover key markets across the US and Canada.
This is a remote role but will be based out of New York.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $60,000-$80,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
