Pay Range: $43.00 - $48.00 per hour (depending on experience, credentials, and qualifications)

Responsibilities & Expectations

The Corporate Security Agent is tasked with numerous functions providing overall support to protective security operations dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced corporate environments.

The following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:

• Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate employees.
• Access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Respond and react in an emergency capacity.
• Effectively build relationship and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats.
• Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
• Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment.
• Previous corporate experience desired.
• Experience with SOP generation and annual review.
• Assisting with the creation of travel and event procedures and plans.
• Experience with Access Control and CCTV.
• Develop and provide travel briefings.
• Assisting with performance of various assessments.

Minimum Requirements

• Required: 3 years of experience in Corporate Security.
• Participation in random drug screenings.
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Must complete physical readiness test prior to offer of employment. Team members must always maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard.
• CPR/First Aid/AED Trained
• Pass pre-employment background investigation.
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Possess a valid and current California driver's license.
• Possess a valid CA Guard Card, CA Exposed Firearm Permit, and CA CCW (or LEOSA)
• Possess a valid U.S Passport.
• Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong ability to think critically and strategically.
• No visible tattoos when wearing a long-sleeve dress shirt.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation.
• Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.
